These terms define the conditions of use for the NeuroBalance diagnostic service (the "Service"). Users agree to these terms before using the Service.
Users must register accurate information and are responsible for managing their account credentials. Transfer or sharing of accounts with third parties is prohibited.
Diagnostic results are reference information and do not constitute medical or psychological diagnosis. Including AI analysis, results should be used at the user's own judgment and responsibility.
We handle personal information appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Diagnostic results may be viewed by project managers (Fellows) and operators (CFJ) for business purposes.
Unauthorized access, use of others' accounts, commercial use (unless separately contracted), and activities that interfere with the operation of the Service are prohibited.
Users can deactivate their account from My Page. After deactivation, personal data will be retained for a certain period before deletion.
These terms may be changed without notice. Updated terms take effect when posted on the Service.
